Long story short: We make it easy for you to impress your clients and attendees! While we are based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, our event furniture rentals are available for installation across Texas and beyond, including Louisiana and Oklahoma. No matter the location, we provide delivery, setup, and pickup services.

Get to know the faces behind the furniture
Kathy serves as President of Perch Event Décor and brings a wealth of knowledge in event planning, interior design, and entertainment. Kathy has served on many boards and committees, including the Junior League of Corpus Christi and the Cattle Barons’ Ball benefitting the American Cancer Society. She is currently a member of La Fiesta De Las Seis Banderas, the Dallas Symphony Orchestra League, and Junior Symphony Ball. Kathy is also very involved in family businesses in the fitness, hospitality, and energy industries. While these are all fulfilling activities, Kathy is most proud of her success in raising three beautiful daughters.
Mary-Frances serves as Vice-President of Perch Event Décor and brings more than thirty years of experience in the event planning industry and related businesses. Her passion for mentoring, connecting like-minded individuals, and building authentic relationships is the driving force behind each of her business ventures, from Perch Decor, to planning five-star fêtes as the Owner of DFW Events, to creating destination development programs. Her work has appeared in national publications including Inside Weddings and Us Weekly. Outside the office, Mary-Frances enjoys being with her three children, traveling, and yoga.
After graduating from Kansas State University in 2013, Tayler Simoneau moved to Dallas and began interning at Todd Events, which ignited a passion for event planning and execution. After completing her internship, Tayler joined the Perch Event Décor team in May of 2014 as Lead Project Manager. Tayler is responsible for all client interaction and oversees day-to-day business operations. In Tayler’s words, “What I love most about our business is working with clients to create incredible elements that make events so memorable! I have loved building relationships with our clients, and creating friendships with others in the event industry.”
Courtney is a recent graduate from The University of Texas at Austin and joins Perch Event Décor in a sales, marketing, and social media role. Previous internships with DFW Events in Dallas and Morgan Spurlock Productions in New York City have given her a keen insight into the hospitality and entertainment business. She is very detailed, organized, and known as a problem solver. Courtney is an active member of The Slipper Club of Dallas and The Dallas Symphony Orchestra League. She is also a Co-Chairman for the Young Friends of Ronald McDonald House Annual party in 2018. Courtney loves music, sports, and outdoor activities.
