Equal parts fabulous and approachable, garden-inspired events evoke an atmosphere of ease without sacrificing elegance. At Flora Kate and Baron’s reception, seating played an important role in the overall set-up. Tucked beneath custom lattice awnings draped in florals, our Lane Banquette proved to be a foundational piece. Our Lizzy Tete a Tete provided another point of comfort and beauty while acting as a focal point in the tent.

At the heart of the reception stood our exquisite Silver and Mirrored Communal Table, complemented by our Ghost Barstools, creating a look of sophisticated balance in the center of the venue. These pieces not only added stylish seating options but also ensured that the spotlight remained on standout features, like the Lizzy Tete a Tete.

Positioned next to the dance floor, our Lauren Banquette provided guests a place to unwind and enjoy each other’s company, while our White Bistro Table offered a space to set down drinks. We’ve been seeing a lot of these dance floor lounge areas lately, and we’re in full support! A set-up like this is perfect for guests who prefer people watching, as well as those in need of a breather after dancing the night away.

The Party Begins: Stage and Bar

After selecting the perfect seating, Flora Kate and Baron + their event team honed in on elements that further enhanced the enchanting ambiance of their reception. Our Gray Lattice Stage Facade was the perfect complement to the couple’s classic checkered dance floor!

Our Lattice Bars were brought into the design for a cohesive look with loads of visual appeal. The uniformity of these pieces ensured that the breathtaking floral arrangements throughout the venue remained a focal point of the reception.

The Final Touches

Every part of furnishing events excites our team, but there’s something especially fun about adding the final elements to bring it all together. Both fun and iconic was Flora Kate and Baron’s recreation of the classic “I love you so much” graffiti wall in Austin with the help of our Boxwood Wall.

Last but not least? A display table for Flora Kate and Baron’s elaborate wedding cake. With classic lines and a bright white color, our Octagon Display Table kept all eyes on their flower-adorned confection.

All in all? We’re obsessed! It was an honor to play a part in bringing this couple’s vision for a sophisticated and romantic reception to life.

Bold + Romantic Wedding at 601 Spring Event Venue:

For maximalism at its finest, look no further than Margaret Anne and Ben’s reception. Bold, abundant florals were a primary component of the overall look, along with blush pink furnishings and deep green accents.

Let’s zoom in on the details of this lovely scene. Our richly-hued Hamilton Stage Facade pops against the classic dance floor, and beautifully contrasts the soft blush tones featured throughout the reception. Our Wynn Sofas and Wynn Chairs provided the perfect place for guests to take a seat in style.

With a unique design and bright color scheme, this cocktail hour decor stands out from the rest. Our Lizzy Tete a Tete served as the centerpiece, and paired perfectly with our Blush Dakota Chairs to create a look that was consistent with the reception.

Elegant + Timeless Wedding at the French Farmhouse Venue:

Taylor and Hill’s wedding reminds us that “green and white are always right” when it comes to event decor. Their intimate “I do” showcased a refined, classy look that will remain relevant for years to come. Let’s break it down.

Our Charles Dining Chair was the perfect complement to their stunning venue. Long rows of chairs created a clean, sleek look – the perfect backdrop for photos throughout the night!

Outside, the cocktail hour set-up placed an emphasis on comfort, style, and socializing by combining our Diana Sofas, Diana Arm Chairs, Gold and Glass Coffee Table, Marble Accent Table, White Garden Stool, White Pillows, and Ivory Pillows.

The result? A cohesive and sophisticated look for the dreamiest of days!

A Touch of Blue at a Private Residence

Beautiful and elaborate, Kellie and Grant’s tent wedding perfectly combined contemporary and traditional pieces with a pop of blue. Inside the tent, our Lane Banquettes served as the foundation for the seating area. Both our Brady Dining Chairs and Ivory Channing Chairs were featured around the reception for a varied yet cohesive look. Our Amelia Stage Facade and Amelia Backline provided a gorgeous backdrop for the dance floor, and were further enhanced by a lush floral runner.

Outside, our inventory worked its magic to transform the couple’s cocktail hour. A Lane Tete a Tete topped by florals served as the centerpiece, while our White and Mirrored Communal Table provided ample space for guests to enjoy hors d’oeuvres. An additional area to relax and enjoy conversation was formed by our Charlotte Banquette, a grouping of Ivory Stella Stools, and a Marble Bamboo Coffee Table.

The Tone-Setter: The Venue

With ample natural light streaming through the conservatory windows, the Promenade Room at the Rosewood was the perfect choice for Annette and Payden’s reception. Working hand in hand with the couple and their vendor team, our intention was to identify event rental furnishings that blended the indoors with the out and complemented the romantic atmosphere of the venue. Velvet seating, gold chairs, and clean white stage and bar facades came together to create a luxe, classic look that enhanced the beautiful floral design by Three Branches Floral

Bringing the Look to Life

Once an overall design direction has been established, it’s important to think through your priorities for the wedding day – and the functional considerations that accompany those aims. Did you want to encourage guests to dance the night away? Be sure to provide cocktail tables or communal seating to ensure attendees have a place to rest their drinks before hitting the dance floor. Hoping to encourage connection and conversation? A lounge area or two is a must. Did you give special attention to the design of your wedding cake? Let’s show it off with a spectacular display table. Investing in world-class entertainment? Make your stage the star of the show!

At Annette and Payden’s wedding, the end result was a reception overflowing with equal parts beauty and comfort. For the dinner portion of the evening, two seating options provided variation in function and style. One vignette centered around the Karley Banquette with Perch pillows, while the other featured a complementary pairing of our Karley Tete a Tete, Brass Bamboo Arm Chair, and Gold Bistro Table.

A seating area was also set up by the dance floor to provide a chic space for respite. To execute this vision, we paired the Natalie Banquette with the Brittany Coffee Table and matching accent pillows.

The Final Touches

Once the plans for seating were in place, it was time to think about the entertainment aspect of the night. Our Newport Bar was decked out in dramatic florals – a maximalist look that demanded attention in the absolute best way.

Our Hampton Stage Facade provided a modern and clean look that kept all eyes on the beautiful floral backdrop – and the couple’s first dance.
