Any 2024 brides out there tired of hearing comments like, “You’ll plan the whole wedding, and he’ll just show up”? Or how about, “He won’t have a clue what to expect until he steps into the reception on the day of the event”? We can have a good laugh when these comments are made, and the jokes about this on social media can be pretty hilarious. But here’s the thing—your planning process doesn’t have to fall exclusively on your shoulders…unless you want it to! Either way, we’re here to curate wedding event looks that both of you will love.
The Bold and the Beautiful
Our first source of inspiration is Katie and Paul’s glamorous reception at the Omni Barton Creek. This event featured two bar areas with totally unique vibes—one that served the cocktail hour (and anyone looking to take a break from dancing in the ballroom later in the night) and one set up inside the reception ballroom.
The cocktail hour featured our Jackson Bar Facade paired with our Belmont Sofa, Eggplant Channing Chair, and Marble Bamboo Coffee Table. The bold hues of these pieces came together to create a bright, sophisticated look dripping in jewel tones.

The bar inside the reception showcased a decidedly more feminine look. Our Savannah Bar Facade was decked out in stunning floral arrangements by Gypsy Floral, and our Gold Curved Shelf displayed vintage-inspired blush glassware.
Ralph Lauren Inspired Romance
At this event, cowhide, wood, rich navy hues, and leather came together to create a reception space with a decidedly Ralph Lauren feel—a luxury look EVERYONE can agree to love! The rentals that made this sophisticated space possible? Our Luke Sofa, Edward Cane Back Arm Chair, Ivory Linen Arm Chair, Carson Coffee Table, Brown Cowhide Stool, Brown and White Cowhide Rug, Arthur Barstool, and Octagon Carmel Bar.

With a deep green color complementing the tartan throw pillows and foliage throughout the reception, our Hamilton Facade set the perfect stage for cowboy-hat clad entertainers. You’re probably already catching on to this, but we loved every detail of this elevated take on Texas style!

Black + White is Always Right
If your vision includes the words timeless, clean, classic, and sophisticated, allow us to introduce you to Bri and Colton’s reception. Held at the Thompson Dallas, their stunning reception exuded contemporary romance. An exclusively black and white color palette drew attention to the textiles, floral arrangements, and gilded accents incorporated throughout the room. Our Jack Sofa, Ivory Channing Chair, and Lindsey Coffee Table were the perfect complement to the couple’s custom dance floor, which served as the centerpiece for their dramatic, elegant reception.
